How will you make an impact?
The Associate Project Manager (APM) resides on the BioProduction Cell Culture PMO team responsible for managing custom business and serving the customer, sales and operations through the cross-functional execution of orders and services with the primary focus on relationship building and delivering a superior customer experience.
What will you do?
* Responsible for timely execution of COVID order management and support of case resolution for COVID escalations
* Work with interfacing functions to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of orders (Feasibility, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Formulations, Accounting, Pricing, BioProduction PMO team members, and Customer Service)
* Serve as the customer advocate throughout internal processes. Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues and risks jeopardizing customer commitments. Communicate action plans and resolution to customer in a timely manner.
The APM applies basic principles, concepts, practices and standards of the cell culture BioProduction field to complete standard tasks and assignments, works under general direction using discretion to complete tasks, frequently solves problems through research of multiple alternatives, builds stable working relationships with internal and external contacts, and impacts the immediate workgroup through accuracy of tasks and information provided.

Education
BS/BA (Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, and Engineering), or High School diploma/GED with five years of biotechnology experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Meet BioProduction business objectives around order entry turn-around time, customer service level targets, order conversion rates and revenue goals.
* Communicate action plans and resolutions to customer in a timely manner.
* Run reports, analyze data, develop presentation, support and/or lead customer conference calls, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
