Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Optimization, you will implement Supply Chain functional operation and optimization projects across the Enterprise. Promote improvements in Processes, Data Management and Reporting in functional and technical areas. Provide training and super-user/end-user support. Help with data management and reporting tasks. Manage documentation, cataloging and communication strategies for business processes. Support business integration activities for Supply Chain functions.

Position Responsibilities:

* Conduct end-user training and support role transitions by providing flexible training solutions.
* Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in systems and reports. Maintain process for standardizing and deploying process and tool enhancements.
* Refine and implement master data processing to ensure accurate data flows.
* Document business processes to ensure continuity and standardization.
* Help with development and measurement of volume metrics. Support improvement and efficiency of KPI reporting processes for assigned businesses.
* Be a liaison between business and technical teams to develop solutions and enhancements.
* Support Business Integration and Network Optimization projects by representing supply/demand/inventory data and process requirements.
* Organize and foster super-user network to ensure process knowledge depth and continuity.
* Coach planners to understand their role in data management and the impacts of master data issues.

Position Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 5 year's previous Supply Chain, IT, or other business experience.
* Documentation and presentation experience.
* Blue Yonder Luminate Planning, Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization (IO) and Luminate Control Tower (LCT) experience
* Experience in document management (i.e., training repositories; SharePoint site management).
* Project management skills and process mapping experience.
* Training experience and organization design knowledge.
* Can maintain complex excel spreadsheets
* Approximate travel 25%
