In this role, you will collaborate with other scientists and engineers in the development and continuous improvement of reagents for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. If you thrive in a fast paced role and want join a world-class group of scientistsread on.

In this role, you will have the following opportunities:

* Review technical literature
* Design and conduct experiments in a laboratory setting
* Collect and analyze data
* Summarize data and write reports
* Participate in and chair meetings to communicate results and discuss next step(s)

The essential qualifications of this role include:

* BS Degree in a scientific domain with 2+ years of experience working in a biotech industry (pharma/devices)
* Solid understanding of formulation chemistry, common analytical techniques, and general laboratory experimental design
* Ability to read, write, and interpret scientific reports
* Self-starter and strong teammate

In addition, these qualifications are also desirable:

* Familiarity with medical device quality and regulatory requirements including QSR and ISO quality system standards and the IVDR Directive
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
