We are looking for a Supplier Quality Operations Program Manager to work with our expert supplier quality team of 52 supplier quality employees across the world. Do you have a passion for operations, continuous improvement and quality? Then we would love to hear from you.

What youll do

* Lead global programs across Cytiva Supplier Quality with potential focus on supplier qualification, auditing, CAPA/RCA, Change Notice Management, Data analytics, QMS, Training and standard work
* Lead operations management activities within Cytiva Supplier Quality
* Identify and develop additional programs to benefit operational excellence, increased rigor and productivity within Cytiva Supplier quality
* Work directly with cross-functional peers to implement or refine input, control and output streams of cross-functional processes
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of supplier quality process and operations

Who you are

* A self-starter who enjoys driving improvement, collaborating with teams and delivering impact
* A quality profession with a minimum of 5 years of quality related work experience
* Experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably both.
* Knowledge of supplier quality management workstreams including qualification, auditing, change management, CAPA/RCA, QMS development and training program development
* The desire and ability to travel up to 30%
* Ability to develop, communicate and implement a strategy to ensure compliance to Cytiva, regulatory and industry requirements
