Job Summary

The Finance Development Program (FDP) rotates participants through three, approximate 8-month assignments through different areas of finance. Participants may participate in accounting and close process, audits, investor meetings, etc. Principal Duties and Responsibilities will vary greatly pending rotational assignment. Responsible for performing a variety of financial, planning, analysis, consolidation, and reporting tasks. Employees will be required to pull data from a variety of systems, follow and update procedures, participate in process improvement efforts, etc.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Pull, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources.
Present data in variety of formats including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Participate in inventory, financial, and operational audits.
Participate in and/or conduct SOX testing.
Pull relevant competitor and/or analyst data for review.
Budget planning and analysis.
Requesting information and/or Informing internal clients.
Prepare and or consolidate financial statements.
General ledger account reconciliations.

Expected Areas of Competence

Professional oral and written communication skills.
Fundamentals of Accounting
Fundamentals of Financial Analysis
Basic database understanding and use (MS Access preferred)
Intermediate to advanced use of spreadsheet use for analytics (MS Excel preferred)
Basic presentation software skills (MS PowerPoint preferred)

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree required. (Accounting and/or Finance preferred)
Relevant internships preferred.

Travel Requirements

Up to 20%
