Job Description
As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be the individual contributor as well as lead a team of QA engineers supporting the Digital applications. You will coach your team to ensure comprehensive coverage and high level of efficiency through Automation. You will support engineers to help them resolve critical issues and mitigate risks. You will track QA metrics to ensure high quality and efficiency .

You will partner with Agile teams to ensure a high quality product and participate in PI planning, sprint planning, sprint grooming and retrospective sessions. You will communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to agile teams, stakeholders and leadership.

You will be responsible as the Single Point of Contact for the overall Quality throughout Client Implementations, ensuring Client Experience and Member Experience meet or exceed their expectations.
Ability to identify and define problems and collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Continuous process improvement mindset and the ability to turn improvement ideas into executable plans for implementation across QA/Application teams
- Experience with conflict resolution management/risk management and issues that may impede progress of delivery
- Pro-Active preparedness qualities surrounding government regulatory understanding and approach for change management
- Successful ability to prioritize, manages multiple assignments, and directs the work of others to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for presentations, project collaboration and client meetings

4+ years of progressive experience in Management and IT Quality Assurance
3+ Years experience on Digital Applications across Desktop and Mobile
3+ Years relevant Agile methodologies and tools, working experience in an agile team environment
3+ years experience with Automated UI testing with Selenium or similar tool

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare domain experience
Expertise with Mobile Automation tools such as SeeTest
Expertise with Java or other Object oriented design
Expertise with Selenium , Cucumber , BDD, and API testing
Good knowldege on GIT and Jenkins process for CI-CD

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.

Master's degree preferred.

The typical salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus plan or program.
