The Business Support Associate 2 is a part of Enterprise Wire Services Process Risk and Metrics Team.

Functions supported may include:
Gather requirements to build tools that enable new, and enhance existing departmental processes and reporting
Support / streamline Management reporting that consists of multiple sources of record
Provide project support for significant department and enterprise wide projects and initiatives
Primary POC for Production DB Support Business Support Associate 2(IFT Productivity Reporting / GSMOS Reporting / CCU Risk Reporting)
Responsible for managing user access and troubleshooting technical issues of GSMOS and IFT Productivity database.

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of wire transfer processes
* Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
* Ability to develop operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
* Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
* Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decisions
* Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls
* Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
* Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
* Knowledge and understanding of business planning and analysis

Other Desired Qualifications
* Proficiency with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming, including ability to analyze, debug, develop new and/or enhance existing VBA applications
* Knowledge of MS SQL Server programming and SQL languages, including ability to analyze, debug and/or enhance SQL Server stored procedures
* Understanding of relational database design
* Ability to handle both front-end and back-end development procedures
* Provide support and manage enhancement requests
* Actively seek out ways to improve processes, reduce risk, increase productivity and lower costs
* Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
* Report generation experience

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $50,400 Mid: $70,000
PA-Philadelphia: Min: $55,400 Mid: $77,000
