Working within this philosophy the Accommodations Management group in Shared Services provides come-to-work, stay-at-work, and return-to-work accommodation consultation and assistance for our team members and also external job seekers with disabilities. We are looking for qualified applicants for a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join the Accommodations Management team. This position will play an integral role in supporting a high-functioning, multi-disciplinary consulting team and interface daily with employees, supervising managers, HR professionals, vendors, and other internal business partners. Duties will include:
Manage furniture order accommodation requests, or medical documentation process requests, referred by Accommodations Management Consultants.
Review and process incoming requests via HRHD worklist.
Communicate effectively with internal partners, vendors, and/or health care providers during process to gather necessary information and resolve issues, using tools such as phone, email, instant message, and eFax.
Accurately document case information and case updates in both SharePoint and HRHD.
Engage with team members and managers to obtain information required to submit requests.
Track cases through completion of process to ensure timeliness.
Assist with general accommodations case management support as needed.
Providing guidance to managers and HR professionals on furniture or medical documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of clerical experience, customer service experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* SharePoint experience
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
* Customer service experience

* Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Human Resources Help Desk (HRHD)
* Knowledge and understanding of PeopleSoft
* Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
AZ-Chandler: Min: $38,200 Mid: $53,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $38,200 Mid: $53,000
