Job Description

Seeking an individual who will work very closely with the Executive Vice President of the business line, Business Development, Partner Management and Partner Incubation Departments. The Business line manages in excess of 300 Partners throughout the United States and Canada.

This individual will plan and direct all administrative, financial, strategic planning, reporting and operational activities for the Executive. They will organize and prioritize critical issues, as well as required information for the Executive to facilitate efficient decision making.

Our ideal candidate will be one who is excited about analyzing data, and ready to join a highly successful sales team within Elavon. This is a very high energy team where you will analyze sales data, financial data and market trends. Additionally, you will be required to provide recommendations on your analysis for (1) Pricing Decisions, (2) Product Launch and implementation, and (3) Packing of products and services.

You will create and present exciting presentations and manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards. This dynamic new position is ideal for a self-starter who wants to become a crucial member of a winning leadership team, and who wants to combine data and financial analysis, design, marketing skills and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

* Six months to one year of sales data analysis experience in the financial services industry.

* Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Master's degree preferred

* Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area: ISPs/ISOs/PayFac

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills

* Demonstrated management and leadership skills

* Strong organizational and analytical skills

* Self-Starter who understands how to prioritize and manage multiple issues

* Advanced knowledge of project management skills

* Strong Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

* Expert in PowerPoint, Excel and Access or other Business Intelligence tool for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation

* Strong Understanding of all products and services applicable to business line

* Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, interpret results for insights and communicate / present findings and insights in a meaningful way
