The Marketing Operations Team will increase marketing efficiency and build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing with processes, technology, metrics and best practices. This team will focus on performance measurements, strategic planning, process development, marketing systems/data, marketing execution/analytics, management of repeatable processes and marketing content management. Vendor management is also a key component which includes budget oversight, timeliness and meeting deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Project management
* Confidently conduct phone conversations/training and WebEx meetings with our internal partners
* Support internal staff and interact with external vendors
* Coordinate and traffic projects as assigned
* Assess and build metrics for department
* Interest in operations and process management
* Assist with training the sales support team on order website
* Learn and assist with Open Enrollment during Fall 2021
* Configure/review, proof & approve printed materials
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
* Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week M-F) during summer and on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours/week) during the fall
Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Operations, Marketing or another related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
