This role will manage post sale support of LIFELINKcentral services. You will implement all aspects of the LIFELINKcentral services to include working with the customer and sales team to coordinate site assessments, training program implementation and device deployment. You will provide ongoing proactive program management in this fast growing new account!

What You Will Do

* Execute the implementation of LIFELINKcentral services and PAD Programs utilizing the Implementation guidelines
* Provide ongoing program management including proactive reporting and communication to customer regarding overall health of program
* Schedule, plan and manage all aspects of LIFELINKcentral services implementations including site assessments, training, deployment of AEDs and medical oversight
* Subject Matter Expert regarding all aspects of the program including devices and services
* Perform proactive audits of current programs LIFELINKcentral services customers, ensuring program compliance for all aspects of the program
* Train the customer on the use of the LIFELINKcentral AED program manager product and complete all associated documentation to ensure program compliance
* Coordinate with Sales and Service and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed
* Provide all post-implementation support to customers on a tier-2 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating portal information and providing on going reporting to the customer regarding overall program health.)
* Coordinate post-event activities including Field Service Representative onsite visit, post event documentation utilizing LIFENET services and counseling
* Other related duties as assigned

What Stryker Is Looking For

* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in account management, customer support or project management
* 1 year of LIFENET Systems experience familiarity with defibrillator Wifi and USB connectivity, downloads, Code Stat, LIFENET Device Agent and LIFENET Asset
* Organizational skills Managing diverse projects, all with deadlines and different priorities. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task on a daily and weekly basis and demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on-time in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
* Written and verbal communications skills Will develop and review a significant amount of outbound content. The ability to write well and convey complex information simply and clearly both verbally and in writing is required for success.
* Project Management and Planning - All program activities involve shared responsibilities with various teams, both internal and external.
* Process Management Proven ability to follow stated procedures as well as refine procedures where appropriate based on new business or customer requirements.
