WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Manufacturing Test Development Engineer will support our robotics manufacturing line.

In this role, you will be designing, developing, and implementing test fixtures and programs while ensuring that our current manufacturing line stays up and running.

* You will lead production test development and associated verification and validation activities.

* You will create a test strategy and develop detailed test specifications based on test requirements

* You will design and develop new manufacturing test fixtures and programs for PCBAs at external contract manufacturers.

* You will design and develop new manufacturing test fixtures and programs for internal functional testing of mechanical sub-assemblies and robotics system testing using SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView etc.

* You will create test procedures, implement test fixtures, and execute qualification and validation activities.

WHAT YOU NEED:

* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineer or related fields - required

* 4+ years relevant work experience - required

* 4+ years test development experience - preferred

* Experience reading electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and product architecture drawings - required

* Experience in SolidWorks, MATLAB and LabView - required

* Experience with test fixture design, development, and validation - required

* Project management experience - preferred

* Experience in medical device - preferred

* Experience manage and work with 3rd party fixture supplier - preferred
