* Who we are looking for:

* The DLP Policy Engineer will work with business to identify opportunities to create and improve on DLP policies to ensure compliance with security standards. Applicant must have ability to collaborate and influence business partners to make appropriate informed decisions about DLP rules.

Support to the Office of Chief Technology Officer/ Information Security to provide continuous protection of critical assets, data and technology. The DLP Policy Engineer will work with business working groups to identify opportunities to create and improve on DLP policies to ensure compliance with security standards. Applicant must have ability to collaborate and influence business partners to make appropriate informed decisions about DLP rules.

What you will be responsible for

As DLP Policy Engineer, you will:

* Work closely with DLP Policy Analyst interpret business and technology requirements for rules changes to ensure proper translation into new or refined rules
* Design, development and configuration of rules in DLP multiple technologies in the production environment
* Conduct feature/integration testing in Dev and UAT environments, work with QA resources to ensure readiness before moving rules into production environment
* Document standard operating procedures and other appropriate documentation to enforce quality and consistency of the services this team provides
* Partner with DLP Incident Response triage analyst to tune, modify policy as required.

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

* Excellent understanding and working knowledge of current data protection, information security and cyber security practices and techniques
* Experience in information security and related technologies preferred
* Extensive knowledge of data loss prevention technologies across all infrastructure components including endpoint, mobile, network, cloud and email infrastructure preferred
* Preferred working knowledge and experience configuring rules on top industry tools like Symantec, SkyHigh, Zscaler, Voltage, etc.
* Self-sufficient way of working, hands-on mentality, very good analytical capabilities with diligent work attitude in a deadline-oriented environment
* Professional demeanor and ability to interact with management and peers, especially for problem solving
* Education & Preferred Qualifications

* 8 to 10 years of technical business analyst experience
* Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Industry certification such as CISSP, CCSE, VCP, CCDA, CCNA, Server+ desirable
* Familiarity with Security Control organizations such as NIST, CSA, CIS, ISO, FFIEC, etc.
