Job Description
Coldwell Banker Preferred is searching for a Conveyancer/Processor who will provide a consistent level of support in all stages of processing buyer/seller transactions for their assigned workload utilizing various company systems. This is a remote position with a preference that candidates reside in Pennsylvania and/or within in commutable distance of the Conshohocken office location.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Manages multiple, concurrent processes and performs necessary tasks related to conveyancing/processing assigned transactions
* Orders and follows up on relevant paperwork for their assigned transactions (i.e. local certifications, homeowner association documents, surveys, deed packages, title commitments, mortgage payoffs, and letters of satisfaction from prior lender for seller)
* Performs transaction management and ensures all essential and applicable data is accurately uploaded, entered, updated, and closed in accordance with information provided by sales associates, other parties to the sales transaction, and state and company paperwork requirements.
* Functions as the liaison between the sales associates and municipal authorities, attorneys, and title companies
* Correctly identifies incomplete/incorrect paperwork received, takes action, and communicates changes and/or issues to the appropriate parties in a clear, timely, and articulate manner
* Prepares title reimbursement sheet for settlement
* Orders escrow checks
* Meets settlement deadlines of sales associates.
* Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
* Real Estate or legal experience preferred
* Must be tech savvy and able to demonstrate strong computer skills with above average comfort level in windows and web-based environments including MS365 and excel.
* Operates confidently with minimal supervision, taking initiative in daily responsibilities and taking ownership of tasks.
* Demonstrates the capability to efficiently prioritize, track, and complete multiple tasks
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels. Exceptional customer service is a must for this position.
* Accuracy is critical in this role.
* Must be a master multi-tasker, with superior prioritization skills and flexible with changing business needs in a fast paced, team environment.
