* Develop and execute the long-term plan to attach Microsoft 365 offerings for small and medium businesses, such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium, to Surface devices as well as those of our hardware partners, such as Dell, Lenovo and HP. LTV model - office attach
* Drive the current device-based SMB business, monitoring the progress on a monthly basis and identify areas for growth.
* Analyze local market opportunities around the world and uncover opportunities to drive growth through software+device approaches.
* Work closely with target hardware partners on pilot program and geographic-specific initiatives to learn and grow the business. Partner management at Amazon Affiliates
* Design plans that help shift customers from using in the box versions of Microsoft Office products to cloud-based offerings, such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. Upsell from free or low-cost apps like $1.99/mo OneDrive. Upsell Surface accessories and Office products.
* Be the expert on competitive offerings in this space and build collateral that helps customers and partners understand why Microsoft 365 is the best offering.
* Work closely with the Business Development team to identify partnerships that can grow revenue in SMB, and then work with these partners on successful execution of joint projects.

Additional Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management Consulting, or related field required.
* 5+ years of success in Product Marketing, Business Planning or similar roles
