Job Description
As we continue to advance our digital strategy in the US, the digital value strategy which is a critical component of the customer experience in the McDonalds App.

The Manager, CRM Digital Optimization will be responsible for the operations of the digital value strategy, including the delivery of digital offers and incentives through the McDonalds App and ongoing technology enablement. This role is responsible for orchestrating and executing the digital value strategy across national and local partners, with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Communications, Deployment, Operations and agency partners to deliver best-in-class consumer engagement strategies. There will be a keen focus on automating for the future to enable personalization at scale. The ideal candidate is highly structured and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a sophisticated and savvy high-speed environment and is adept at building and evolving processes and technology to enable digital incentives.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee coordination of the day-to-day operations to deliver the digital value strategy across promotion tools and platforms to ensure seamless delivery of digital offers and incentives in the McDonalds App
* Troubleshoot customer experience gaps in the digital wallet with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
* Handle external agencies and align internal partners (e.g., Customer Data, Product, Global IT) to develop, prioritize and successfully execute use cases to enable our ability to deliver digital incentives in alignment to business priorities
* Evaluate our existing platforms & processes and provide strategic recommendations to identify & close gaps to optimize program performance and enable our ability to scale personalization
* Serve as the subject matter expert with our Digital Field & US Digital Marketing Teams and agency partners on digital offers and incentives capabilities for national & local programs and test & learn initiatives
* Develop & implement proper QC protocols to mitigate financial & customer risk, partnering with internal and external teams to supervise & QC campaigns for accuracy & completion

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
* Proven experience working in CRM, Digital and/or Marketing Technology
* Process-oriented with demonstrated success in delivering efficiently and effectively
* Eager to work at a fast pace while managing competing priorities
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the products, processes, tools and implementation best practices
* Technical acuity with a proven track record to quickly learn new skills and assimilate new technologies
* Self-starter with a strong bias for action
