KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Platform Enablement Delivery Engineer to join our Global Technology organization.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a subject matter expert at KPMG One Platform Enablement Delivery team for Azure Delivery
* Perform engineering responsibilities for migrations of KPMG and KPMGs customer applications from private hosted infrastructure to cloud or hybrid solutions, working closely with diverse teams within the organization with the aim for highest customer satisfaction
* Set delivery standards, processes and policies to ensure executional excellence on cloud delivery, standardizing tools, methods and systems to enable efficiency, best-practice sharing and effectiveness in cloud delivery portfolios and projects
* Play a critical role as the gatekeeper of new released Microsoft Azure products and capabilities, ensuring delivery processes are intact, smooth and bug-less
* Support the Platform Delivery Manager for ensuring timely readiness of flexible workforce capacity to support all Platform customers with their portfolios and demands
Qualifications:
* Minimum four years of recent experience in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud platform (preferably Microsoft Azure)
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
* Understanding and experience in Cloud delivery models, Cloud Security, Compliance and Cloud Native Solutioning Design
* Certifications for the following are highly desirable: AZ-300/AZ 303 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, AZ-301/AZ 304 Microsoft Azure Architect Design, AZ 400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
* Experience with Microsoft Azure solution architecture, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services, DevOps, automation and best practices
