About the role:
Serve as a senior advisor in the Diversified Industrials Wholesale Payments (WP) Global Solutions organization by engaging Sales and Corporate Bankers to create and close large revenue opportunities through consultative, client-focused solutioning of multiple WP products or regions, or industry-changing solutions. Engage in the largest revenue opportunities within WP, analyzing the clients current operational/strategic structure, identifying pain points, mapping process flows, delivering best practices on key treasury themes, and driving incremental revenue through a solution-based approach. Address the key themes of working capital optimization, accounts payable and accounts receivable optimization, mergers and acquisitions, cash flow forecasting, and fraud/risk mitigation. Coordinate with Treasury Sales Managers, Industry Sales Heads, Corporate Bankers and Product Managers to develop client-focused solutions to help achieve U.S. and global treasury goals and objectives while driving incremental revenue for the firm.
Partner with a team of solution specialists and analysts by supervising development of industry leading thought leadership, conducting client specific ROI analysis supported by appropriate industry specific benchmarks, along with regular client interaction to position the Banks products and solution capabilities. Speak at industry conferences as an ambassador of the firm on thought leadership topics.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years as a treasury practitioner and / or strategic consulting experience
* Must have experience in financial modeling and analysis
* Develop strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and effectively executing initiatives
* Ability to develop creative solutions to optimize working capital levels across the organization including in the areas of DSO (days sales outstanding) and DPO (days payables outstanding)
* Ability to tie together solution-based value propositions across broad client issues.
* Must have strong presentation and communication skills.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
