Job Description

The Occupational Testing Services division is seeking a Certifying Scientist to join their team!

The position for Certifying Scientist is needed to maintain quality and service in the high volume laboratory. Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

* Review of GC/MS and LC/MS-MS analysis data to ensure clinical acceptability
* Identifying and resolving quality control issues
* Accurately entering and reporting test results
* Remaining current on lab standard operating procedures.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Requires a B.A. or B.S. in one of the following disciplines: chemistry, biology, forensic science, toxicology, clinical chemistry, or a relatable life science at a minimum. Requires at least 2 years of GC/MS or LC-MS/MS experience including review of analytical data and Quality Control; 2-6 years of toxicology experience in a laboratory performing prescription drug monitoring or in a SAMHSA certified laboratory is preferred.
