JOB SUMMARY:
Provides full scope HR support to all staff. Responsible for, but not limited to the following areas: TSM relations, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Training and Professional Development, New Hire Orientation/Onboarding Program, Leaves of Absence. Interacts with all levels of staff and management. Responds to all needs, from general inquiries/questions, to the administration of Company policies and the development of strategy.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Administrates all policies and programs in various Human Resources disciplines
* Analyzes employee relations issues and provides advice to staff, and management on methods and approaches to resolve employee work-related problems
* Facilitates weekly new hire orientation/onboarding program, including, but not limited to, preparation, coordinating schedule of other partners in delivering the presentation of the benefits, IT and security sections
* Participates in key manager meetings for assigned teams, and partners with them on strategies for succession planning, performance management, employee relations and other critical areas
* Manages entire FMLA/STD process, to include communicating policy to TSMs, reviewing request forms and eligibility requirements, obtaining medical certification, processing approvals, notifying payroll and communicating with TSMs and their managers on the status of requests and approval of leave and tracking of leave time
* Works in conjunction with the Organizational Development Team and management, develops and delivers training programs/presentations on various subjects
* Spearheads round table sessions with selected groups to identify key issues, develops action plans and follows through to resolution
* Facilitates stop, start, continue sessions as assigned, summarizes outcome, action plans and puts together team to spearhead results
* May conduct surveys or research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies and competitive practices, to include reviewing and recommending improvements or updates to policies and programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations
* Manages offboarding process, to include performing exit interviews, tracking data and analyzing for trends, identifying and recommending action plans to address any trends, as well as responding to all unemployment requests
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Qualification
Experience:
3-5 years experience in an HRBPgeneralist position. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and abilities, and be well versed in all areas of Human Resources
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word required, MS Excel and PowerPoint needed. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other:
4 year degree or the equivalent preferred.
