Provides subject matter expertise for the conduct of Military Information Support Operations (MISO) during peacetime wartime and contingency operations. Provides recommendations to the Government on the conduct of effective MISO campaigns focused on targeting foreign audiences via the Internet. Provides recommendations on how to integrate internet-based MISO with traditional and any emergent means of dissemination. Some travel may be required. Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred. Significant specialized experience may be considered in lieu.

15+ years' experience planning, coordinating and/or conducting MISO at an operational unit, including a minimum of 3 years providing support at Theater Special Operations Command or Combatant Command level. MISO planning process and military decision-making process expertise. Online and social media operations expertise. MISO policy and authority expertise. US Army career field 37 or other service equivalent required. TS/SCI eligibility required.
