Were looking for someone to help us scale our diversity program for a truly global organization. Youll help us create, communicate, and execute programs. Youll work closely with our vendors, other teams across the organization, and leaders and learners across Facebook.

Diversity Project Manager Responsibilities

* Manage diversity and inclusion (D&I) project and program execution directly and through others

* Execute D&I actions across a range of programs in partnership with Diversity Business Partners, HR Business Partners, initiative leaders

* Provide flexible approaches that meet team needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quickly

* Provide clear measurement of progress and encourage contribution to D&I actions by people across the organization

* Execute actions in the business directly aligned to D&I strategies to increase diverse representation

* Coordinate, track and report on FRL Diversity Taskforce and team activities

* Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure impact and improve efforts

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager

* Experience with establishing programs, supporting cross-functional teams, and developing relationships across multiple offices

* Experience influencing, developing, and empowering employees across multiple geographies

* Experience facilitating or communicating to audiences

* Experience communicating with data to drive change

* Experience leading projects or programs from end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment as well as collaboratively across several business teams

* Experience in D&I program management and community-based programming

* Cross functional experience with experience creating partnerships

* Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to leadership

* Strong editing skills

* Experience with Asana
