Facebook is seeking a strong cross-functional collaborator to support a wide range of initiatives and programs across the company by strengthening our inclusive approach to the development of policies, programs and products. Our end goal is to leverage the cognitive diversity of our people to strengthen all aspects of our business. The Diversity Program Manager will provide strategic input on a range of Facebooks products, policies and practices across multiple business areas while owning and managing cross-functional projects. This person will be responsible for building a scalable structure that integrates and strengthens our diversity and inclusion lens throughout various functions at Facebook. This new role on the Diversity Team will benefit from close partnerships with Policy, Communications, Community Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal, among other departments. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership across the company.

Diversity Program Manager, Engagement Responsibilities

* Partner with business stakeholders and employee resource groups to scale diversity and inclusion programs

* Manage stakeholder expectations and drive process: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered

* Partner with the business to quantify community and organizational pain points and challenges, prioritizing action in areas that will deliver greatest impact

* Review development and roll-out of a range of products requiring the application of a diversity and inclusion lens

* Act as liaison between internal teams for reviewing products and programs

* Manage cross-functional projects

* Develop and manage relationships with relevant external partners

Minimum Qualifications

* 7+ years of corporate business experience

* 3+ years project management experience in executing across matrixed organization

* Experience with organizational development and establishing processes

* Experience interacting with different executive levels, both internally and externally

* Experience operating with autonomy

* Experience working with or in support of communities

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years experience applying diversity, inclusion, cultural competence, equity or equality to decisions in policy, communications or product realms

* Experience in fields such as management consulting, product management or policy and communications

* Experience working with or running a diversity council, creating agendas
