Job Description
Sr. Quality Analyst
Job Purpose:
With assistance from senior Quality Management, implement and maintain a Quality Management System compliant with AS 9100, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015. Implement, performs and coordinates documentation for internal and external use for AS 9100 and ISO 13485:2016. Maintains the training database and coordinate training requirements to the supervisor, managers and HR.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:
* Provide oversight of the implementation/maintenance of an ISO 13485:2016 and AS 9100 QMS
* Perform internal audits for AS 9100 and ISO 13485:2016
* Prepares quarterly internal audits for corporate approvals
* Coordinates and maintains the training database system. Informs supervisor/managers/HR of pending training events and documents this into the training database
* Interface closely with quality, manufacturing and test engineering, along with program
management, in all aspects training
* Maintains internal and Corporate Quality Training, reconcile database quarterly report with HR
* Update, track and maintain control for updated and new SOPs documentation
* Oversee the company phone system for three hours per day
Education and Experience:
* Bachelors Degree
* Minimum 5 years Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience and knowledge of AS 9100 and ISO 13485:2016 and one or more of the following quality management systems ( AS9100, ISO 9001)
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, keep up with fast-paced schedules and learn new technologies quickly and effectively
* Ability to translate customer quality requirements into executable plans
* Excellent problem solving, planning and time management skills
* Excellent computer competence, including database management
* Knowledge of quality assurance terminology , methods and tools
