Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation

Job Description

The Facebook Global Business Marketing organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation to play a pivotal role in elevating our marketing automation practice. This individual will be responsible for the development of marketing automation strategy using content and marketing activities to nurture the customer journey, and will partner closely with our marketing teams globally to optimize and scale these programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As an expert with marketing automation strategy, data, and infrastructure, you will be shaping the technology used to launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a bold, multi-faceted and innovative marketing leader with strong communication skills who thinks strategically, analytically, and creatively. This person thrives in a fast-moving environment and has a passion for making the world more open and connected.

Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation Responsibilities

* Lead the development of the customer journey and automation strategies for the marketing automation center of excellence

* Be the expert in our customers, strategies, and both inbound and outbound digital marketing channels (email, webinars, social, advertising, web, events) to deliver breakthrough marketing automation programs

* Consult with marketing teams on best practices and recommendations for content, audience segmentation, measurement, lead management, scoring, reporting, and marketing systems and tools to launch a successful marketing automation program

* Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to accomplish both short and long term marketing automation project goals

* Develop learning agendas for continuous measurement and optimization of KPIs and campaign success rates

* Deliver on reporting and measurement initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis

Minimum Qualifications

* 6+ years of marketing automation and/or marketing operations experience

* Experience with marketing automation strategies, designing nurture programs, and consulting with stakeholders on marketing automation programs

* Experience with CRM and demand generation industry software and tools

* Project management experience

* Experience working with marketers and planning campaigns across regions as part of a global team

* Experience working with product and engineering teams to provide business cases and requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA degree
