Overview

Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
* Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
* Additional administrative responsibilities.
* Operate an internet based phone system.
* Handle multiple lines.
Qualifications
* Good communication skills both verbal and written.
* Superior customer service skills.
* Professional appearance and work ethic.
* High School Diploma or equivalent
