Perform a variety of complex duties associated with analyzing technical documents received from field personnel. Review and maintain Field Operations, Emergency Response Team, Substation Maintenance and Field Engineering records. Receive and respond to internal and external customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience. Investigate and analyze a variety of reports associated with Meter Service assignments and STORMS requirements to meet goal initiatives. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
* Assist internal and external customers.
* Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process comprehensive data for numerous record systems including but not limited to STORMS, DARS, ARCOS, Maximo, Workday, Workforce.
* Representatives will be expected to be proficient in most of the aforementioned systems.
* Process multiple department payrolls and have knowledge of company policies and union contracts to determine comprehensive pay issues.
* Handle sensitive customer account information.
* Timely completion of records in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.
* Assist in the instruction and training of new and less experienced representatives as required.
* Support emergency restoration efforts for Eversource Energy.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A High School Diploma or the equivalent and 5 years experience required. Customer Service background is highly desirable but not required. The selected candidate must be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, possess good organizational skills and maintain a high degree of initiative and dependability. The select individual must know most aspects of the Admin Support Reps duties and systems. The individual will be required to travel to other Area Work Centers when needed.
