Job Description

Leading real estate services firm has immediate opening for a Maintenance Mechanic. Must be a team player proficient with the use of basic hand tools. Replaces damaged ceiling tiles, floor tile, and wallcovering. Performs minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Replaces air conditioner filters. Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, replaces washers in leaky faucets, mends burst pipes and opens clogged drains. Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of air conditioning equipment; boilers, ventilation systems, hot water heaters; pumps, valves piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and adjust where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.

Advanced HVAC or plumbing skills will result in higher paying compensation but willing to train qualified candidates.

Actively participates in emergency response procedures and technical training programs. Use computer skills to access work order system.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience with excellent benefits package including paid time off. Overtime is readily available.
