ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Welding
* Assembly
* Blue print reading
* Machine operation
* Buffing and grinding
* Refrigeration knowledge
* Electrical knowledge
* Hand tool operation
* Fork truck operating
* Basic computer skills
* Tape measure reading
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Have good attendance habits.
* Must be safety conscience.
* Cooperative/team player.
* Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.
* Able to learn new things quickly.
* Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
