Job Description
Job Accountabilities
Must be an effective solid communicator at all times. Must know how to read, understand, and interpret paperwork and schedules. Must be able to perform and have knowledge about machinery and tools. Please note these are just some requirements for the Utility position but not limited to the job expectation:
* Must be able to lift 40lbs or more when needed
* Must be able to drive lifts and operate machinery as needed
* Must be able climb, use ladders, and work at heights when needed
* Must be able to bend, reach, twist, and move in awkward positions for cleaning and GMP purposes daily
* Must be able to clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
* Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
* Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash.
* Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment
