RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and Manage Integrated Supply Chain audits including assessment of Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), key controls and policies
* Partner and coordinate with the Integrity and Compliance organization and the overall Compliance Program as well as partner on Significant Investigations to ID trends, process failures, and improvement opportunities
* Responsible for presenting audit findings to senior management, and recommending corrective actions relating to control failures
* Help lead the Corporate Audit Talent Strategy; fostering a promotable team and growth incubator for talent in to train, prepare, and develop for key leadership business roles in Honeywell
* Lead special projects to continuously improve the efficiency of the ISC team including use of data and leveraging the support of the Corporate Audit Data Analytics team to continue to evolve data alerts and insights into key risk areas
* Drive a culture that promotes efficiency, customer service, and continuous quality improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
* Ability to influence and motivate teams and develop talent
* Bachelors Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in integrated supply chain with leadership procurement experience, coupled with knowledge of internal controls/audit/compliance
* Exposure to pro-active and reactive audit engagements in areas of financial statement fraud, misappropriation of assets, and key and compensating accounting and control points
* Extensive experience in data analytics
* Knowledge of US GAAP and internal audit standards
* Extensive knowledge/experience in project management, strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
