We are looking for a Sales Specialist-Immunohistochemistry for our NW Region covering WA, OR, AK and MT to develop and execute a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory while working collaboratively with sales and service counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets and exceed customer expectations.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory

* Work in coordination with local team

* Maintain accurate and timely prospect and customer data in SFDC

* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance

* Coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training when require

* Install/set-up & train when necessary instrumentation in customer laboratories and perform demonstrations.

* Ensure the integrity of data is accurate and representative of current customer base

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

* Bachelors Degree required

* Minimum 3-5 years relevant sales (or equivalent) required and capital equipment sales experience preferred

* Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Internal Candidate Requirements:

Promotion - P2 GCRF level applicant:

Perform 90%+ to quota 2 out of 3 years (Within year is year to date)

18 months in role (or business justification)

Lateral Move - P3 GCRF level applicant:

Perform 85%+ to quota year to date o 18 months in role (or business justification)

Requires Sales Director approval

Internal Applications Specialist candidate requirements:

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing / Applications Specialist role.

Requires Sales Director approval.

Applicants manager must be able to confirm the following: Associate has proven experience driving attachment; has confidence having difficult conversations with customers and has strong partnership with sales counterparts, including the uncovering of sales leads.
