Project work/goals/objectives/expectations
The position will provide general security, compliance and risk analysis to support IT Controls & Compliance activities including the following:
* Support full user access review activities and assist in preparing evidence for security audits
* Identify and support implementation of process improvements and automation
* Support the development of policy and procedures related to Security and IT controls and compliance
* Conduct periodic monitoring activities to ensure IT control are in place and working effectively
* Support compliance related projects as needed
* Data analysis to support cleanup unnecessary access across selected systems.
* Data analysis and testing to support IT compliance activities
Qualifications
* Background education in IT Security or IT Audit with basic understanding of governance and compliance related to Sarbanes Oxley, NIST or COBIT 5.1 General understanding of security policies, standards and information risk analysis is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
