Citizens is seeking a Communications Partner for Engagement to help play an important role in developing and managing enterprise communication efforts to drive colleague engagement. This multi-faceted role will help drive various communication programs with a focus on motivating, engaging and inspiring Citizens colleagues.
Primary responsibilities include:
This role will support several engagement programs and projects through their life cycle:
* Management Develop and execute communication program plans for assigned initiatives.
* Design- Using data and insights, design and improve programming to drive results
* Maintenance Regularly monitor performance, produce reporting to measure performance and identify areas of opportunity.
* Integration Integrate communication programs throughout broader efforts in order to achieve broader organizational objectives.
Duties will vary daily and will require a self-driven individual to ensure all milestones are met.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
* 2-3 years working in a corporate setting, preferably in a large organization
* 2-3 years initiative management experience
* Analytical mindset
* Technical aptitude with MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel
* Excellent oral and written communications skills.
* Self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
* High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
* Preferred: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
