Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop client relationships

* Follow up on client feedback in a timely manner to provide quick resolution of all issues
* Proactively solicit client feedback
* Proactively market the groups services

Staff development

* Active involvement in the recruitment and training process
* Coach, mentor and develop staff
* Provide staff with ongoing, constructive feedback for continuous improvement
* Assist with preparation and delivery of staff performance reviews

Production / Operations

* Responsible for the teams productivity, quality and continued assessment of work
* Supervise day-to-day operations for a particular shift. Ensure proper utilization of staff resources; and ensure service levels are met at all times
* Manage special projects assign resources, provide direction, follow-up on progress and engage with clients
* Provide direction to shift staff to ensure consistent processes and goals
* Work closely with WFCs and Supervisors and collaborate with global hubs, WFCs and managers
* Use feedback mechanism and quality metrics to manage teams performance
* Identify professional and technical development for individual staffs needs and encourage learning
* Manage /escalate issues promptly

Fill-in as Workflow Coordinator as and when required

Assist manager with reporting tasks when required

Participate and contribute to departmental initiatives

Qualifications:

* Advanced knowledge of industry standard desktop publishing applications essential
* 2-5 years shift supervisory experience in a large presentations/graphics center running one or more shifts - essential
* Bachelors degree with 2-5 years or above of relevant work experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable work experience
* MS Office certification desirable

Skills:

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional) essential
* Exceptional written and verbal skills
* Analytical and conceptual skills
* Coaching and mentoring skills

* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
* Strong organizational, planning and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , multi-task and cope with pressure
