Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT)
The Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT) group provides technology solutions to four key business lines for Wealth & Investment Management (WIM); Wells Fargo Advisors, Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Wells Fargo Asset Management, Wells Fargo Retirement, which is one of the nation's leading providers of investment services. WIMT provides technology solutions and manages application portfolios in terms of skills, stability, security, scalability, speed, and cost.
Investment Solutions and Digital Technology Platform Services Leader
Reporting directly to the Head of Wealth & Investment Management Technology Platform Management, the Investment Solutions and Digital Technology Platform Services Leader will provide support across the WIMT organization to drive the Platform Service Transformation journey and will lead the platform support teams to build safe and sound client-centric solutions.
The Investment Solutions and Digital Technology Leader will help to drive the Platform Service Transformation journey. Enabling Platform Services to pivot from doing manual work and moving to more automation and thereby rendering operating efficiencies that enable our WIM business partners for faster issue resolutions.
This leader will partner with the Wealth & Investment Management Technology teams to support the platform technology systems and will lead the platform support teams to build safe and sound client-centric solutions focused on portfolio management, trading, research, investment product modeling, and portfolio implementation. The Leader will be accountable for the technology platforms and will lead the technology platform teams to build safe and sound client-centric solutions. This executives key responsibilities include:
* Drive standardized technology in support of Investment Solutions and Digital Technology across the organization
* Manage all advisory services platform technologies
* With respect to health and hygiene, BCP, resiliency programs and adoption of SRE and DevOps practices Host Business LOB/WIMT operating metrics reviews where data is leveraged to shine the light on key issues, challenges, gaps and solutions.
* Drive better development standards, adoption of Enterprise tooling such as EPL, SRE, DevOps, etc.
* Drive bidirectional strategy development and implementation related to advisory services technology practices.
* Manage all initiatives aligned to Investment Solutions and Digital Technology in support of the transformational and customer journey activities identified to drive enhanced technology services
* Partner with senior Risk and Technology leaders and their teams on information security related matters
* Assist with monitoring, reporting and tracking across WIMT Platform Services
* Drive a collaborative environment that ensures timely communication and strong cooperation between WIM technology and the lines of business.
This executive and their peer Technology Service Leaders will work across WIM technology, Development teams, Architecture, Transformation and all other enterprise technology groups to holistically standardize operational and service offerings engineering and enablement practices and lead the platform services transformation journey.

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of technology experience
* 5+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment
* 3+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
* Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Other Desired Qualifications
* 5+ year experience leading Cyber Engineering teams
* A high level of expertise across the SDLC tool chain GITHUB, PCF, Jenkins.
* Experience in managing non-productions QA environments.
* A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts
* Strong executive presence, the ability to interact and communicate with C-level executives and regulators
* Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
* Strong leadership and influencing skills within a complex, matrixed environment; able to gain support and cooperation and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members to achieve results without direct organizational control
* Demonstrated experience in managing strategic planning processes, initiatives and teams thinking about business, product, and technical challenges
* Strong ability to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
* Understanding of how traditional Fortune 100 companies must modify/adapt to take on large-scale transformation efforts
* Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)
