Purpose of Job

We are currently seeking a talented KPI Business Technologist Analyst Senior Level for our San Antonio, TX facility or 100% Remote Work Environment.

The candidate selected for this position is going to get to work with the KPI Team in USAAs Chief Administrative Office (CAO). They will work to develop, maintain, and report on CAOs catalog of critical KPIs to our senior leadership on a regular basis. They will also support the efforts to automate processes that enable this KPI program.

Serves as liaison between the business and technology aspect of the IT/IS Services. Actively consults, plans, organizes, and manages services; including resources (time and budget) for the most efficient and effective technology utilization. Implements new frameworks and governance programs, consults on selection of technology or solutions, and works as SME on implementations.

* Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
* Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.

* Reviews and assesses alternative processes and recommends changes to current processes, procedures, and policies.
* Reviews, prioritizes, and coordinates unit workload.
* Negotiates requirements and prioritizes all levels of management.
* Coordinates schedules of reports and data input to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the financial data.
* Monitors internal external customer opportunities to anticipate and satisfy changing internal and external customer needs.
* Analyzes current critical business operations and investigates method to redesign, sustain, and reinvent optional business processes such as the redesign of SLAs and service descriptions.
* Develops governance agreements with customers and internal suppliers.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum in lieu of a degree.
* 6 years of related experience and accountability analyzing complex business and technology issues and requirements and developing and/or implementing technology solutions in IT/IS Ops and/or Technology oversight or Governance experience.
* Prior Experience with /within Technology delivery group.
* Capable of conceptual and analytical thinking, able to understand, analyze, and synthesize complex business and technology requirements, issues and strategies.
* Experience monitoring IT and / or IS performance and SLA metrics.
* Knowledge and understanding of Third-Party Risk and/or Affiliate oversight.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and capable of building strong relationships within the multiple layers of any organization (i.e. Business partners, Committees and the IT/IS Leaders).

Compensation:

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $88,200 - $158,900 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.

Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
