The Product Director for UHC E&I and Oxford Health Plan performs research and management of new or existing products to support the sale of products, solutions, and/or services. Responsible for delivering and/or reviewing product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to portfolio to improve value, competitive position and optimal performance to meet customer or market needs. Partners with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction and overall product performance.
Responsible for the collaboration with OBH Affordability to support and monitor affordability initiatives, develop and execute on mitigation strategies in order to achieve established targets. Focus to include FI, ASO and client accounts. Goal is to achieve favorable TCOC, benefit expense savings and IOI targets.
Responsible for the full product lifecycle management, including strategy, design, management and end of life of new, existing or acquisition products. Actively develop and support custom Product solutioning. Leverage market insights to understand market/customer needs to identify new expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs. Accountable to and/or own the P&L. Partner with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction.

Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work, Nursing, and/or Clinical focus
* 2+ years in a Clinical Operations and/or Product Management role supporting clinical products
* Willingness to travel as needed throughout the Eastern Region
* Working experience with Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and/or UnitedHealth Group

Preferred Qualifications:
* Behavioral health experience (i.e.; RN, LCSW, PhD, etc.)

* Must have proficient working knowledge of E&I and Oxford Health
* Solid working knowledge of market and national trends, connection with affordability initiatives, UM experience, total population, behavioral health network
* Must be able to develop and lead/support specific affordability initiatives that tie directly to ben ex savings, TCOC (total cost of care)
