Primary Responsibilities:

* Maintain a well-groomed product backlog that will support multiple scrum teams with a focus on business intelligence and reporting needs
* Translate the Director of Product Management's roadmap initiatives into clearly defined feature sets
* Write user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
* Document workflows and wireframes that will be used to support UI / UX design and development
* Assist Scrum Master in scrum meetings and reviews
* Advise Technical writer(s) of new product specifications and ensures that documentation is clinically accurate and reflected in product enhancements
* Assist with the launch planning process to develop respective documentation and/or communication
* Promote continuous improvement of the scrum teams

Required Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
* 1+ years of experience with business intelligence, reporting, and/or data analysis
* 1+ years of experience working in healthcare IT
* Experienced in assisting Scrum Master with scrum meetings and sprint reviews
* Familiar with both backend and frontend development
* Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment with medium to large scale projects
* Possesses basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
