Starting rate is $16.00/Hour....After 6 months there will be a $0.50 increase that will be applied!

Office Location: CityLine, 1201 State Street, Richardson, TX 75082, where we work hard AND play hard! (Please note this is an in office position, however due to COVID-19 the position will be starting virtually on a temporary basis.)

Our campus is conveniently located near the local transit and we have several restaurants on campus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking detail oriented, customer service focused and very reliable individuals to join our Life Response Center team! The Life Response Center Representatives assist our customers and State Farm Agents in servicing and handling our State Farm Life Insurance Policies. We work in a fast paced environment, using dual monitors and take 50-100 inbound calls daily. Please be aware that this is not a scripted call center.

Life Response Center Representatives answer questions regarding financial service, application processing and service transactions. Our teams provide application and policy status while also processing financial service transactions.

Qualifications

Anticipated start date is April 5, 2021 and April 19, 2021.

Training Details - 6-7 weeks of full-time training. M-F 8:00am-4:30pm. Hours Of Operation: Monday through Friday from 7:15am-6:30pm (CST) and periodic Saturdays 9:15am-12:45pm (CST)

(Please note it is required to be available during all hours of operation)

Our Life Response Center Representatives demonstrate the following skills in their day to day work:

* Knows where to find answers and serves as a technical and procedural resource to assist in resolving policy and/or policyholder questions
* Maintains and updates policyholder records through attention to detail (e.g. Change of address, change in policy coverage, etc.)
* Communicates clearly and professionally through remarkable customer service skills
* Handles multiple computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office) while maintaining quality records in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
* Thrives on accountability to your team, your work and your schedule!
