The IRRD/Information Review Branch Office is seeking an energetic Administrator Technician who will provide administrative support to the staff. Occasional ad-hoc duties will be assigned when time permits to include periodic support to the IRRD Senior Leadership.
Attention to Detail is imperative with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Duties:
* Provide support to executive-level staff for calendar and email management.
* Provide support as directed to various Sponsor meetings, including but not limited to: development of presentation slides, templates, agendas, minutes, and associated documentation.
* Provide event planning support for Sponsor hosted/sponsored meetings/activities to
program management, logistics/scheduling, etc.
* Create requests for supplies, email group and account management, & small purchases.
* Logistical support in processing requests related to office movement.
* Maintain contact lists.
* Temporary Duty (TDY) travel support may be needed on rare occasions.
* Intermittent support to open/close vaults and conference rooms.
Qualifications and Education:
* High School, secondary school or equivalent with 6 years of experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience providing executive level administrative support
Clearance Requirements:
* TS/SCI with a poly and be crossover eligible
