The Global Enabling Technology Leader will find opportunities to leverage new and emerging technologies to support the development of the Human Resources Technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
* Use strong relationships with HR and IT leaders, as well as other key partners to ensure that technology is in alignment with the strategic objectives and priorities for the business and HR programs
* Subject matter expert of Workday, Taleo, ServiceNow, security administration, business process design, end user experience
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical and non-technical members to define requirements and realize technology advances.
* Establish trust and credibility with customer base by involving them in the design and development of requirements and new technology offerings
* Partner with business leaders, COE's and HRBP's and lead requirement gathering, and solution design sessions as well as create detailed documentation
* Use existing opportunities to realize value for technology investments
* Partner with HRIT and HR Leaders to establish process for technology enhancements (release management, CI, etc.)
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Business, MIS, computer science or relevant field.
* 5+ years leading an HRIS team in a global environment, ideally including Workday, Taleo, ServiceNow.
* Advanced Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project and Excel skills.
* Solid Project Management skills.
* Strong business and financial acuity.
* Experience in HR requirements gathering & analysis for sophisticated global organizations.
* Proven ability to improve processes and initiate change.
* Proven background in HR Analytics/Reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
