At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. We are all united in delivering the best experience for our customers. As a Quality Analyst Sr within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA.
As part of the Retail Lending Rate Management team you will play a critical role in changing rates for both new and existing customers. As indices, such as Prime rate, change there are many loan contracts that require accurately updating rates on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. The team also works with vendors who host the technical pricing engines to implement price changes for new originations. The team is seeking creative ways to automate these process, incorporating new tools and scripts.
You would support the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of rate changes. Join our team of detail-oriented, diligent analysts in preventing rate discrepancies and making banking easy.
Job Description
* Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization. Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs. Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
* Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
* Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback. Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
* Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
