IT Specialist I

Job Summary:

The IT Specialist or Systems Analyst is required to operate Lear's Systems and provide PC, Hardware, and Software technical support to users and processes.

Position Responsibilities

* Administer manufacturing units network structure with Windows 2012 server, AS400, SQL and Deployment Severs capabilities.
* Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, Helios terminals and Sick, PSC, Symbol scanners.
* Run and install Ethernet in house cabling and network device structures.
* Work with customers broadcast monitoring, and troubleshoot Server/PC hardware, software and network connectivity issues for Lear.
* Maintain routine SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance) requirement forms and procedures.
* Log daily shift turnovers and document new procedures.
* Run daily backup and recovery tapes using ARC server.
* Verify and maintain all Antivirus and utility patches are in place.
* Work with Active Directory, user accounts, groups and privileges, maintain events and logs.
* Equipment configuration - PCs, Printers, Scanners, Thin Clients
* Provide technical support to production, quality, maintenance, shipping and other departments as needed.
* Complete other tasks as assigned.

Education and /or Experience

* Four-year college degree and /or related experience
* Basic operation knowledge of AS400
* Hardware and Network Troubleshooting Skills
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred
* One-year automotive industry experience desirable

Further, it provides wireless systems, such as passive entry, remote keyless entry, and dual range/function remote keyless entry systems.
