Job Description

We are seeking a Managing Director level candidate to lead the Wholesale Receivables operation. The role will report directly to the head of Receivables Operations and will sit on the Receivables Operations Management Team. The successful candidate will lead a large-scale operation, drive and influence the strategic direction of the business, and ensure best in class delivery for our clients. This role will also interact and collaborate with senior management, external clients, and internal partners in Technology, Sales, Product, and Market.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with advanced leadership skills and proven ability to successfully run a large scale operation in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment; develop and execute on key initiatives; problem solve and manage risk; as well as have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Wholesale Lockbox Operations Leader, specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Leading a highly diverse domestic and global operations team comprised of 1,900 overtime and non-overtime eligible employees

Managing capacity planning in a production environment consisting of receipt of mail, manual and high-speed document extraction, imaging, data entry and document mail-out and continuously looking for process improvement opportunities

Developing innovative solutions and cost-efficient processes and cost-efficient controlled processes to delight our clients and increase business value

Requirements:

10+ years management/leadership experience in a business discipline, or relevant work experience in an Operations environment preferred

Experience leading a complex global operation and organizational /operational change initiatives

Strong leadership, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, team-building, communication and interpersonal skills

Commercial mindset attitude of personal accountability for the Firms resources

Strong partnership record and ability to build effective relationships with partners in Product, Sales, Service, Technology, Compliance

Excellent financial skills, ability to create and manage budgets

Strong experience managing and solving problems with data

Sound judgment and experience making high-impact decisions with ownership of outcomes

Ability to travel and ability to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise
