Located in the outskirts of Washington, D.C, Reston Hospital Center (231-bed acute facility) lies within the dynamic town Center of Reston, known for its lively mix of restaurants, shops, and services. The Care Assure Lung Nodule Navigator manages the daily operations and workflows of the thoracic program in conjunction with physician(s) and administrative leadership. The focus of this role will be to manage and follow up on lung nodules found through various avenues including but not limited to high-risk lung screenings, incidental findings in the Emergency Room and inpatient admissions. The Care Assure Lung Nodule Navigator will coordinate the next level of care for patients with lung nodules and assist patients, clinicians and program stakeholders in the collection, reporting and presentation of program outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: BSN or AART

Experience: 2 or more years of of clinical, healthcare related experience - preferred experience in program management, program development, patient provider relations, clinical roles in Radiology, Pulmonology or Oncology.

This position is Monday - Friday, no weekends
