CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate for its Franklin, TN, headquarter.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate will serve as an integral part of the FP&A team to support accounting, finance, treasury, operations, and other departments. This position will primarily be working in a financial planning and analysis role, assisting the Sr. Manager, Financial Planning with daily data extractions and transformations, reconciling automated data routines, maintaining the budgeting and forecasting cloud software platform, and analyzing the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. This role will also assist in analyzing datasets and helping the company better understand our data and implement actionable change.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong skills in data extraction, transformation and analysis along with basic accounting and finance skills. Candidate must have data organization and analysis and pay close attention to details. Tevis Martin, Sr. Manager Financial Analysis will work with personnel from various corporate entities, hospitals and shared service centers. Much of the analysis will be new and will require the position to think critically through problems and create executive overviews on actionable solutions.

General Responsibilities:

* Building and maintaining detailed bottoms-up operational and financial forecast models that inform near-term and long-term business initiatives
* Work closely with the Sr. Director and Sr. Manager in FP&A to deliver accurate and informative analyses to senior management
* Delivers innovative, high value-added financial information to the management team for strategic decision making
* Maintaining and reconciling automated data loads into our databases and into our cloud-based budgeting and forecasting platform.
* Analyzes monthly results and key drivers for issues and opportunities for additional analysis
* Supports key financial decisions using analytical approaches and modeling
* Assists with the preparation of annual budgets and routine forecasts
* Develops increasingly efficient and impactful processes that support business financial needs (examples may include improved linkages between operational drivers and the financials, KPIs, bridging results, forecasting and budgeting efficiency).
* Completes ad hoc assignments as needed
* Other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

* At least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or other data heavy analytical role is required.
* Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledgeable in Alteryx and databases proficiency.
* Other database languages like SQL are a plus.
* Basic understanding of accounting, finance, and reporting standards.
* Being detail-oriented is critical to this position. The individual must tie-out and diligently review their work.
* Demonstrated knowledge of business operations and processes while leveraging that knowledge into improving results.
* Critical character traits include: self-motivated, team-oriented, demonstrate continuous process improvements in accounting and organizational skills, and looks for ways to add value to the position.
* Individuals will need to be able to think critically and quickly find solutions to complex project tasks.
* Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Must be able to meet deadlines, including a willingness and ability to complete projects on time.
