Position Summary

Seasoned Project/ Program Manager to manage complex Payments suite of projects. Supports End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Manages multiple projects or a single major project.
* Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements/features for technology solutions.
* Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment.
* Manages to timelines and communicates project status.
* Manages required project governance activities.

Required Skills/ Experience

5 or more years of Technology Project/ Program work experience, preferably in Payments Tech or another Financial Services Tech domain

Strong financial management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
Executive reporting and presentation skills
Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications

Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with various project management tools
Agile experience strongly desired

Desired Skills/ Experience

Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space.
