Job Description

ADP is hiring a Project Support Specialist to join the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. The position is based in the Roseland, New Jersey office. In this position, you'll gain exposure to a broad array of HR Shared Services work by supporting the VP, Global HR Shared Services and strategic projects led by key members of the entire team. The position reports directly to the leader of the HR Shared Services function at ADP and will participate and support the leadership team and their projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provides project support to the HRSS leadership team with logistical, analytical and overall administration of ongoing projects within the department.
* Provides executive support to VP and direct leaders, including organizing team meetings, scheduling travel, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership of ADP; processing expenses and updating presentations.
* Provides assistance in producing and preparing presentations, research and other published materials for the department. Set up and maintain repository of internal presentations for future use.
* Other duties as assigned
* Support the budgeting and accruals functions for the HRSS Department, along with submitting and tracking department invoices.
* Support the creation and distribution of internal communications.
* Maintains and updates content on internal and external web pages for the department.
* Supports the execution of internal and external events including but not limited to meetings, group travel, conference attendance and associate engagement activities. Set up and manage registration process and attendee/participant lists.
* Maintains records of event participation and provides information on request.
* Assists with tracking and reporting of internal effectiveness surveys for the department. Manages an ongoing metrics reporting readout for the function.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* 3+ years working in similar role
* Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent in education and experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

* Must be comfortable working in a performance-based environment while demonstrating high ethical standards; ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
* Possess a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the latest web technologies such as the Associate Portal, Sharepoint sites for content build, design and ongoing maintenance.
* Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills
* Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
* Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent client service orientation
* Ability to work as part of a matrix team to accomplish tasks for the greater organization
