Job Overview
Our Supply Chain team is responsible for all direct and indirect manufacturing of products. Whether it's sourcing ingredients, manufacturing our products, or negotiating with our suppliers, the team works collaboratively to provide the freshest and highest quality products to our consumers. You will be responsible for the monitoring and communication of situations where demand exceeds supply, as well as ensuring fair-share type methodologies are employed to best satisfy customer needs and maximize available inventory.
What you will do:
* Manage ATP for customer orders and intercompany transfers.
* Act as single point/SME of contact for all ATP related issues.
* Support MVM, TPR and ad activities through cross-functional coordination with Planning, Warehousing and Customer Care teams.
* Work as the point of contact to communicate supply and capacity issues to Customer Service group. Collaborate with Planning to propose inventory transfers, line/plant capacity balancing, and other solutions to ensure Supply Chain objectives are met.
* Partner with key business leaders to identify reports, functionalities and best practices to support internal processes and continuous improvement.
* Communicate any service issues related to stock availability and appropriately coordinate resolution, involving central planning.
* Have knowledge of upcoming launches within a brand or warehouse to provide feedback on stock situations, order resolution, and/or go-live dates. Be able to maximize knowledge of system processes to instruct on best practices for new locations to have a smooth transition with new launches.
* Compile information from Planning team in regards to short term OOS's. Utilizing that information, review and publish daily reports to ensure CSR's are aware of cuts and can communicate to customers before orders deliver short.
* Own updating of Customer CFR and OTIF reports and publish weekly and monthly to broader team.
Requirements
What you must have:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field - or 3+ years' experience in a similar role strongly preferred.
* 1 year of experience using SAP or similar type tool.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel required (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc).
* Detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to push forward on projects, even when all of the requirements have not been defined.
* Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with peers, customer facing teams and management.
* Detailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the business for accurate and timely information.
* Ability to independently perform complex analysis where data gathering, working with internal and external stakeholders, selection of analytical methods, and synthesizing many quantitative and qualitative inputs is required.
* Broad understanding of the consumer package goods industry, the beverage industry, and KDP's different sales channels; and the ability to judge what considerations (cost, service levels, lead times, etc.) are most important within those contexts.
